Bedroom 7 (Upstairs Lounge)

Although designed as bedroom 7 on the next level, the current owners use it as a lounge area. It has been retiled and has built in cupboards and a ceiling fan. The sliding doors lead onto the balcony and extensive sea views are enjoyed from this elevated level. At low tide one enjoys breaker views and the balcony has access to the sun deck with astro-turf for private tanning. This bedroom (lounge) has an en suite bathroom comprising a shower, toilet and wash basin.
